 Bridget’s Boyfriend Bickering

| One wouldn’t think moving to your dream home would be so stressful. The Girls Next Door star Bridget Marquardt has recently found out how difficult maintaining her house can get. She’s been living with her director-boyfriend Nick Carpenter, and they’re already having disagreements over the most trivial of things. Like what, you ask? Hello Kitty.
“We usually have fun together, but going through all these boxes has been a little bit stressful,” the 35-year-old Marquardt told E! News. “I told Nick that he has to help me get rid of things, but every time he tells me to throw something away, I get all pissed at him.”
Well, the lack of space for her Hello Kitty collection is what she has to deal with now that she no longer lives in the Playboy mansion. Her room there’s probably been taken over by the Shannon Twins or something. Still, Bridget will soon find out that the excess simply has to be shed.
“Nick made me give away my Hello Kitty TV, my Hello Kitty microwave and my Hello Kitty toaster,” Bridget complained. “I got to keep the Hello Kitty cordless phone.”
Again, there’s just not enough room for all her stuff. Her new pad certainly isn’t an extension of Hugh Hefner’s home, despite all the Playboy memorabilia Bridget wants to keep around. This Girls Next Door star just has to learn to let go of all that now that she’s moving forward to a new life.
“I have Playboy pillows, sheets, towels, barware,” she went on. “[With] a lot of clothes, I’m like, ‘This shirt’s so cute, but do I really want to wear that now?’ There are some that have special meaning and some that are just Playboy clothes.”
After the arduous task of going through that mountain of stuff, she finally decided to send them off to Goodwill. Hello Kitty might not be proud of her, but her boyfriend surely will be.

A New Romance for Holly Madison?

| As Hugh Hefner enjoys his three new Girls Next Door, his former flames are getting their own action. Kendra’s a happy mother-to-be, Bridget’s ecstatic about moving into her dream house and Holly’s getting busy with another man. Well, sort of.
E! News reports that the 29-year-old model was spotted getting cozy with Rob Dyrdek of MTV’s Rob and Big. They were seen together at this Hollywood hotspot called East, sitting beside one another at a back table.
There was little alone time between Holly Madison and Rob Dyrdek, since they were with a group. However, amidst sake shots and cocktails, their gazes kept meeting and the chemistry was obvious between them.
An eyewitness told the publication, “They were very much in their own world and not paying attention to their surroundings.” Also, it wasn’t the first time Madison and Dyrdek were seen romancing. They were already caught side by side at XS in Vegas just a few weeks ago.
Despite moving on from Hugh Hefner with this guy though, Holly is in no hurry to slow down and raise a family. Since her headline act in Peepshow at Planet Hollywood has started, she believes that a baby is out of the question for now.
“I’d look really ugly in ‘Peepshow’ if I was pregnant,” Madison exclaimed. She even revealed to the Las Vegas Sun how she and Hef tried to have children together back then. There were many unsuccessful attempts, including one where they used in vitro. As she went through all those memories, there was little regret for Holly Madison. She even enjoyed throwing a baby shower for her Girls Next Door co-star Kendra Wilkinson.
“It was a lot of fun with a lot of fun people,” she said. “There was a game … to see who could drink water out of a bottle the fastest (and) there was a relay game where you got into teams and you had to, like, pass this baby doll off that, like, drinks form a bottle, and change its diaper, and drive it around and obstacle course and stick it into a car seat.”
Though they’re past their Playboy mansion days, the three still maintain a great bond. “We always like to get together when we can,” Holly said. Well, Rob Dyrdek has quite a friendship to go through if he wants to keep seeing her.

| As some of you heard the recent an I might say very rude news that Hank, Kendra’s hubby got released from the Philadelphia Eagles due to them signing Michael Vicks soon after they made their move to Philadelphia,PA.
Well there is no need to worry anymore, the Indianapolis Colts has picked up and signed Hank to their roster. This is some great news and even more exciting to me because I live in Indiana an Indianapolis is about a 2 hour drive from my location. Here is what Kendra had to say about the great news:
“This is a great opportunity for Hank to be playing for the Colts. Peyton Manning(notes) is one of the best – if not the best – quarterbacks in the league, and I’m excited to see my baby kick some a–!” she says, adding: “So proud of Hank for staying strong and positive.”
Congratulations Kendra & Hank!

Kendra Wilkinson Celebrates her Baby Bliss with a Shower

| It was a Girls Next Door reunion on Wednesday for Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt, who treated their pregnant pal Kendra Wilkinson to a baby shower.
“Kendra was really excited about the shower. It wasn’t a surprise or anything so she was really looking forward to it,” says a source. “She was so happy.”
Wilkinson, 24, the star of the Girls spin-off Kendra, is in town visiting for the week from her new East Coast home. She was “so excited to see her good to see her friends,” says the source. “It was just so nice for her to have everyone in the same place. They had a lot of fun.”
Held at Hugh Hefner’s longtime secretary Mary O’Connor’s home just outside of L.A., the shower drew playmates, Wilkinson’s bridesmaids and other gal pals.
Madison and Marquardt arrived early in the afternoon to set up the decorations which included a lot of blue in honor of the baby boy on the way, Hank Baskett IV. The house was adorned with plenty of sweet treats – multicolored lollipops, taffy candy, cupcakes and blue “It’s a Boy” banners.
Wilkinson and her husband, NFL player Hank Baskett, were married in June and are expecting their son on Christmas Day.

Bridget Marquardt says new house just like Playboy Mansion

| Former Playboy “Girl Next Door” Bridget Marquardt hosted the sexy fashion show Celebrity Catwalk this week to benefit National Animal Rescue, and she talked to FOX411 about how her own furry friends are doing in her brand new house.
“I found a house and have been there for about two weeks,” she told FOX411. “I think its comparable [to the Playboy Mansion]! I have a lot of bedrooms, a lot of bathrooms, I have a pool. I have what I call the ‘great hall’ like the mansion has.”
PHOTOS: Click for fun swimsuit pics of Bridget on the beach. But how about her famous “Girls Next Door” pets, Wednesday and Gizmo? “Wednesday and Gizmo are in my new home, they’re adapting really well. Gizmo acted like she’s been there all her life,” Bridget said.
Wednesday, on the other hand… “Wednesday is doing pretty well except for with the potty. At the mansion she was completely potty trained, but for some reason, at this house its like the whole house is a pee-pee pad.”
Just give Wednesday some time Bridget. At least until Thursday.

Holly Madison Talks DWTS, Vegas, & The New GND

| Holly Madison may no longer be the girl next door but she’s definitely adjusting to life in Sin City.
As the star of Peep Show, Hef’s former girlfriend tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that she’s happy in her new home. “It’s so much fun. Vegas has the feeling of a small town and it’s not spread out like LA,” she told RadarOnline.com. “We went canoeing with some of the cast last week. I love to explore and try new things.”
Madison’s been doing Peep Show for about two months. Before that, she pinch hit for Jewel on Dancing with the Stars after the singer was injured during rehearsals. Show producers are doing damage control this season—literally—changing the rules to limit rehearsals and hopefully the likelihood of injuries.
“I think it’s good,” Madison said of the new rules. “It’s been getting a little too intense. This last season I was on, the professional dancers told me, ‘it’s week 2 and it feels like week 6.’ The pressure was so high and everyone was getting injured. It’s just nuts, so I think it’s just nice to bring it down a notch and just focus more on the personalities. The whole show is supposed to be about having fun anyway, I mean who cares about the mirror ball trophy?”
Holly says she plans to reunite with her former Girls Next Door roomies, Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt, at Kendra’s baby shower next month. “I’ve put together a basket of Vegas-themed baby stuff,” she said. “I’ve already found an Elvis onesie and I’ve got all this Planet Hollywood baby stuff.”
When asked what she thinks of the new Girls Next Door, which premieres in October, Madison says, “I think it will be interesting how they work with the new girls’ personalities. I’m in about half of the episodes and I know they plan to tape Kendra’s baby shower for one of the episodes. I don’t really know the new girls that well. I know the twins, but that’s really it. So I don’t know how it will work out.”

Traveling with the Stars: Holly Madison
Posted By: Kimberly
Posted On: August 28th, 2009
Posted In: News & Rumors |
| Playboy cover girl Holly Madison stars as Hugh Hefner’s No. 1 girl in E!’s The Girls Next Door, which begins a new season in October. After kicking up her heels on last season’s Dancing with the Stars, she now entertains crowds in Las Vegas. She appears in PEEPSHOW at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino through Sept. 21, though her contract may be extended. She shares her travel highlights and tips with USA Today.
Q: Where have you been recently that you liked or were surprised by?
A: I really liked Cabo. I went there with a boyfriend so it wasn’t really my first choice, not that I wasn’t excited to go. The climate reminded me of the south of France and the beaches of a less-crowded south of France. I loved the cave, going into town and going to the clubs. We swam with dolphins. We rode dune buggies. It was just a blast.
Q: What’s the best place you’ve ever visited?
A: Paris. It’s so beautiful and has so much culture to offer. There’s so much to explore. I love the museums. I love going to the catacombs underneath the city where all of the bones are. I even love the famous cemetery Père Lachaise. I love the feel of that place. It’s eerie but beautiful at the same time. Montmartre is so cute. And the outskirts, I love too, including Versailles.
Q: What’s the most surprising/unexpected place you’ve ever visited?
A: Venice. I kind of knew what to expect but it made more of an impact on me. It’s so cool. It reminds me of something of a fantasy. It’s like from another world or another planet. You’re in a water city. Until you’re there you don’t quite realize what an adventure it is or what a unique city it is. We had gone to the Hotel Danieli and the lobby is so beautiful that you go back in time.
Q: What’s your favorite vacation spot?
A: I really love Disney parks. I grew up vacationing at Disneyland all the time. I’ve been to Disneyland Paris. I love Disney World in Florida. My favorite hotel, even though I’ve stayed in some of the nicest hotels in the world, is still the Grand Floridian at Disney World. I love staying on the top floor. You can sneak down one floor and they have a breakfast buffet and buffets at night. I love the open atrium area in the middle. There’s always somebody playing the piano in the evening. I feel like a little kid and my parents are having a party and I’m eavesdropping. It’s just a fun atmosphere. I’m obsessed with the Disney parks. I’m an expert on them. At Disney World there’s something for everybody: big thrill rides, things for kids, educational things. At Epcot, I love the whole around-the-world section. It’s so fun.
Q: Can you offer an insider tip or recommendation for your favorite vacation place?
A: My favorite travel tip is just to go in the off season and some of the more unorthodox times. For example, there’s one hotel I really love in Paris. One of the rooms doubles in price if you go in June from what the price is in May. It’s totally crazy. And then Disneyland, traditionally, if you go the week before Christmas you can go on all of the rides in such a fast amount of time, whereas if you go the week after Christmas through New Year’s Day it’s so packed you can’t even move. I think researching when you can get the best deal and when it’s the least crowded is really worth it.
